Chances are that while struggling to stay alive during a workout, the thought occurred to you, “My friend would love this!” It’s only natural to want to do things you enjoy with your friends, and we love working with our members and their friends. So, if you want to bring a friend to class, what should you do?
If your friend is interested in becoming a member, just send them our referral link! (If you don’t already have our referral link, one of us coaches would be happy to help you.) We will reach out and get to know their goals and obstacles to determine if our program would be a good fit for them. Then, we’ll invite them to come try a class and get started.
If your friend is just looking to drop in to a class, make sure to let a coach know at least 24 hours in advance. We just need to know a little bit about them to determine if class would be appropriate, as well as which time they would like to attend. We like to be prepared so that we can provide the best experience possible to everyone!
Working out is better with a friend, and we look forward to meeting yours! Just give us a heads up first. 😉
