Why We Don't Offer Nutrition Services

Nutrition is a very important aspect of one’s health and fitness, and it is not difficult to understand why. Food and drink comprise the fuel and building blocks that support our body. That being said, its implementation is not always as straightforward. There are a handful of other factors that can make the equation much more complicated, such as medical conditionings, mental health, and individual circumstances.

At Warrior Strength & Conditioning, we recognize the value of nutrition and do our best to share the basics with our members. Simple and clear steps, such as a protein or veggie goal, provide a very effective and attainable starting point for improving one’s nutrition. Personalized nutrition counseling, on the other hand, is much more in-depth. Quite frankly, it is outside the scope of what we offer. We are not equipped to navigate the mental and medical obstacles that are often deeply intertwined with nutrition. We feel it would be a disservice to attempt to take on the task ourselves rather than refer out to a specialist who is trained in this field.

Above all, our mission is to provide an effective fitness program and an enjoyable workout experience. The wider we broaden our scope, the less focused we become on our primary goal and the less effective we are at it. We prefer to do a few things well than a lot of things not so well. If you would like to improve your nutrition, speak to a coach and they will help you determine which route would be best for you.
