Let’s face it, working out regularly can be downright hard. Sometimes we do not bring the intensity we should. Sometimes we are intimidated or nervous. Sometimes we simply lack the discipline to go out and get active. Luckily, getting fit does not have to be a solo act. Working out with a friend can increase the intensity of an exercise session, elevate mood and reduce stress, and provide accountability. 

That is why at Warrior CrossFit Muscatine, we are introducing our quarterly Bring-A-Friend Week starting Monday, April 4th.  For the entire week you can bring as many friends as you would like to class! You will simply need to fill out the Bring-A-Friend form 24 hours in advance. 

This is also a great opportunity to take advantage of our referral program: Give 50, Get 50! If a friend you have referred signs up, you will both receive a $50 discount off your membership for the month. Do you have a friend that wants to get fit? Have them fill out this form!
